• Design and develop leadership and employee learning programs that address business needs and support professional development.
• Partner with business leaders and teams to identify capability gaps and create targeted learning solutions.
• Lead the design and delivery of learning and development initiatives including leadership development and performance management programs.
• Manage end to end program delivery from concept development through launch, implementation, and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related discipline.
• Experience in learning and development, leadership training, or organizational development roles.
• Strong program design and project management capabilities.
• Ability to coach leaders and guide teams toward improved performance and development.
• Data driven mindset with the ability to measure program effectiveness and impact.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with senior stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
