Key Requirements:
10-15 years of progressive HR experience
Proven experience in the Oil & Gas industry
Mandatory GCC experience
Strong knowledge of regional labor laws and HR best practicesCore Responsibilities:

Act as an HR Manager, driving HR strategies and initiatives
Oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance
Develop and implement HR policies aligned with business goals
