- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads)
- Manage and optimize SEO & SEM activities to improve search rankings and website traffic
- Create and publish engaging content (blogs, case studies, landing pages, email campaigns)
- Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) to enhance brand visibility
- Execute email marketing campaigns and marketing automation workflows
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.
- Optimize campaigns based on KPIs such as CPL, CTR, conversion rate, and ROI
- Coordinate with the sales and development teams to align marketing efforts with product offerings
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and new digital tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field
- 1–4 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in IT/software industry)
- Hands on experience in Paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Hands-on experience in SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar)
- Hands-on experience in Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing and lead generation strategies
- Familiarity with website CMS platforms (WordPress or similar)
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skill
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page design
- Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Number of qualified leads generated
- Cost per lead (CPL)
- Website traffic growth and engagement
