You will be working with a team of fellow engineers designing and developing web applications for both the consumer and our internal operations. You will work on our web platforms, implementing features across the entire stack.

Design, implement, and maintain new features while managing the existing codebase
Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and business stakeholders to analyze requirements and develop solutions
Deliver high-quality code within set deadlines, ensuring clean, maintainable solutions
Prototyping, testing, and iterating upon new features
Debug and troubleshoot issues to deliver a seamless user experience
Develop and test across multiple browsers, platforms, and devices, including smartphones and tablets
Solid understanding of Node.js and Express for server-side development and Collaborate closely with back-end developers to ensure seamless integration
Implement SEO best practices to improve our web applications’ search engine rankings
Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end, SEO, and JavaScript trends and technologies
Work with Product Managers, Design Team and Developers and manage time across multiple projects and tasks in a deadline-driven, team environment
Willingness to participate in our on-call rota

What we are looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
Proficiency in Vue.js and Nuxt.js, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills
Solid understanding of Node.js and Express for server-side development
Strong proficiency in NUXT, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, SASS
Proficiency in server-side rendering (SSR) and building progressive web apps (PWAs)
Proven experience in implementing SEO best practices to enhance website visibility
Experience in performance optimization using tools such as Lighthouse or PageSpeed
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members
Familiarity with other front-end frameworks and libraries will be a plus
Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha)
Experience with modern build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, npm, Vite)
Solid understanding of SOLID principles and best coding practices
