- Develop and execute a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement on LinkedIn, aligning with our marketing objectives and target audience.
- Create and schedule engaging posts, articles, and updates on LinkedIn to showcase our expertise and highlight industry insights.
- Write blog articles and other content pieces to share on our website and social media channels, contributing to thought leadership and brand positioning.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve our website's visibility and search engine rankings, driving organic traffic and lead generation.
- Assist in the management of the sales pipeline, utilising Microsoft Dynamics Sales CRM to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate data entry, pipeline management, and reporting within the CRM systems.
- Support the development of customizations and enhancements within Microsoft Dynamics Sales CRM to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency.
- Manage the company intranet, ensuring that communications are posted regularly and contain relevant and useful content for employees, fostering internal communication and engagement.
- Monitor and analyse social media and website metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement, providing insights for continuous optimization.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in social media marketing, content management, CRM utilisation, and sales pipeline management.
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and informative content for various platforms.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, and understanding of best practices for content creation and engagement.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and techniques, with a willingness to learn and apply new strategies.
- (Preferred) experience with CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics Sales CRM, or a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
