- Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff to ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain luxury service standards in alignment with the hotel’s brand expectations.
- Interact with guests to gather feedback, ensure special requests are met, and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
- Oversee the setup of dining and service areas, ensuring a refined and inviting ambiance.
- Ensure full compliance with sanitation, hygiene, and safety regulations for both guests and staff.
- Conduct regular facility inspections, taking corrective action to maintain an appealing and well-maintained dining space.
- Oversee the proper functioning of restaurant equipment, ensuring timely maintenance and repairs.
- Monitor inventory levels, ensuring adequate supplies of linen, glassware, silverware, condiments, and other essential items.
- Ensure food quality meets guest expectations by verifying presentation, temperature, and taste.
- Regularly move through the restaurant and kitchen areas to monitor food preparation, product consistency, and service efficiency.
- Provide guidance for quality improvements and implement necessary adjustments to enhance the dining experience.
- Train, supervise, and mentor restaurant staff, ensuring high performance and teamwork.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support team development.
- Assign and oversee daily work responsibilities, ensuring staff adhere to operational procedures and service standards.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a high-end or luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or an equivalent setting.
- Proven track record of supervising a food & beverage service team in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth understanding of food and beverage service, wine pairing, and luxury hospitality standards.
- Strong understanding of food and beverage trends, guest preferences, and cultural sensitivity in culinary practices.
- Formal food & beverage training or equivalent certifications.
