You will lead a multicultural team of teachers and coaches to ensure a consistent, premium learning journey for students while guaranteeing measurable learning outcomes and high satisfaction levels.You will oversee daily service operations, mentor and develop the service team, and work closely with the Center Director and Sales Team to ensure alignment between educational quality, student engagement, and internal sales objectives. This role requires strong leadership, empathy, operational discipline, and a passion for education, with the ability to foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Your leadership will directly impact student success, retention, renewals, referrals, team motivation, and the reputation of Wall Street English within the local and national education market.QualificationsAdditional Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years English teaching experience (preferred)
  • Proven experience leading, coaching, and motivating multicultural teams
  • Strong understanding of educational quality assurance and service delivery
  • Ability to manage day-to-day service operations and follow standard operating procedures
  • Experience working in international or multicultural environments
  • Wall Street English teaching or management experience (advantageous)
  • Exposure to internal sales, renewals, or commercial targets (preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage KPIs related to student success, engagement, and retention
  • Comfortable using reporting tools and tracking performance metrics
  • Empathetic, student-focused leadership style with a collaborative mindset
