About the Company:
  • Our client is a well-established and fast-growing interior fit out and joinery firm in Dubai that specialises in high-quality commercial and hospitality projects across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all post-contract commercial aspects of fit-out projects (offices, retail, hospitality, residential, and joinery packages)
  • Prepare and submit monthly interim valuations and payment applications
  • Identify, value, negotiate, and agree variations / change orders
  • Review and certify subcontractor invoices and payments
  • Track project costs against budget and provide accurate cost reporting
  • Prepare final accounts and lead settlement negotiations
  • Assist with claims preparation and contractual correspondence
  • Conduct regular site measurements and maintain accurate records
Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or related discipline
  • Minimum 5–8 years’ post-contract experience in interior fit-out projects
  • UAE/GCC experience is mandatory (previous work with fit-out contractors in Dubai highly preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of variations management, cost control, and final account settlement
  • Familiarity with FIDIC or local UAE contract forms
  • Proficient in MS Excel; experience with AutoCAD, CostX, Candy or similar is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Immediate availability or short notice preferred
  • Valid UAE driving license is a plus
