Position: Lifting SupervisorCompany: Al Sahraa GroupLocation: Abu Dhabi, United Arab EmiratesSalary : 3500 AEDKey Responsibilities:- Plan and coordinate all lifting activities on site, including reviewing lift plans and conducting site inspections- Manage a team of crane operators, riggers, and other lifting personnel to ensure safe and efficient execution of all lifting tasks- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies- Conduct regular safety meetings and toolbox talks to promote a culture of safety among the lifting team- Monitor and maintain lifting equipment to ensure it is in good working condition- Keep accurate records of all lifting operations, including lift plans, risk assessments, and incident reports- Communicate with project managers and other stakeholders to provide updates on lifting operations and address any concerns or issues- Train and mentor new lifting personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties safely and effectively- Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and implement new processes or procedures to enhance the efficiency and safety of lifting operations.Requirements:- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lifting Supervisor in the construction industry- Strong knowledge of lifting equipment and techniques- Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and standards- Excellent leadership and communication skills- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively- Valid lifting supervisor certification- Fluent in English, Arabic language skills are a plus.
