It ensures smooth execution of import and export activities while maintaining compliance with trade terms and banking requirements.Key Responsibilities
- Manage shipping documentation with suppliers and shipping lines
- Prepare sales and purchase contracts and invoices based on trading terms
- Coordinate shipment schedules with suppliers and customers
- Handle import and export documentation under Letters of Credit
- Prepare LC documentation and manage negotiations with banks
- Maintain accurate shipment records and provide status updates
- Ensure compliance with shipping procedures and trade regulations
- Diploma in Logistics, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping or trade operations
- Knowledge of Incoterms, shipping procedures, and LC documentation
- Experience working with banks for LC-related processes
- Familiarity with SAP Business One is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
