- Conduct detailed inspections of dry utility systems including power distribution, telecom networks and gas infrastructure
- Evaluate condition and compliance of new installations and existing infrastructure
- Prepare comprehensive inspection reports highlighting defects, non-conformities and corrective actions
- Ensure adherence to UAE construction regulations and international engineering standards
- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to verify correct installation and maintenance practices
- Utilize inspection equipment and data collection tools for accurate technical analysis
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors and stakeholders to resolve technical issues
- Participate in planning and coordination meetings to provide expert input on utility requirements
- Stay updated on dry utility technologies, regulatory updates and industry best practices
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline
- 3 to 5 years of experience in infrastructure inspection with strong exposure to dry utilities
- In-depth knowledge of electricity, telecommunications and gas systems
- Familiarity with UAE construction codes and regulatory standards
- Strong understanding of safety protocols in utility infrastructure environments
- Ability to analyze technical data and interpret engineering drawings accurately
- Relevant certifications such as NACE or API preferred
- Willingness to work on-site and travel within the emirate as required
