The role supports project planning, document control, stakeholder communication, and task tracking, while facilitating coordination between internal departments and external consultants or contractors.Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to :1. Coordinate the preparation and review of project documentation, including scopes of work, timelines.2. Assist in organizing and following up on meetings with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.3. Track project progress and ensure documentation is up to date and aligned with approved schedules.4. Support for tendering and procurement processes.5. Prepare periodic reports on project status, risks, and key milestones for management review.6. Coordinate with financial, technical, and operational teams to support project needs.7.
