Partner with hiring managers to identify and draft detailed job descriptions and hiring criteria.
Screen applications and select qualified candidates.
Schedule interviews and coordinate the interview process.
Manage recruitment process on behalf of the organization.
Source and hire the right candidates.
Develop recruitment strategies and procedures.
Maintain relationships with educational institutions and recruitment agencies.
Monitor new and existing employees and act as their advocate.
