- Prepare clear status updates, dashboards, and delivery insights for stakeholders and leadership
- Support project reviews, approvals, and delivery checkpoints to maintain execution discipline
- Drive effective cross-functional communication and alignment across all stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related discipline
- Exposure to financial services, fintech, payments, or regulated consumer services preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office for business cases, reporting, and formal documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management capability
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel
