  • Manage all technical, contractual, and organisational interfaces across the infrastructure programme.
  • Coordinate between clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure alignment.
  • Identify interface risks and implement structured mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure consistency of schedules, design deliverables, and technical outputs across work packages.
  • Facilitate coordination meetings to resolve cross discipline and cross contract challenges.
  • Monitor interface registers and maintain accurate tracking of dependencies and constraints.
  • Support resolution of technical conflicts and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Provide regular reporting to senior leadership on interface status and risks.
  • Promote collaborative working relationships across multidisciplinary project teams.
Ideal Profile
  • Minimum 15 years of experience managing interfaces on major design or construction projects.
  • Proven expertise coordinating complex stakeholder environments.
  • Experience in technically complex and high capacity infrastructure programmes.
  • Prior experience in a similar Interface Manager or equivalent leadership role on comparable projects.
  • Middle East experience, particularly within UAE infrastructure projects, is advantageous.
  • Degree in Engineering or related discipline; Master's or Chartered Engineer status preferred.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
