They are currently seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a property professional looking to take the next step in their career within a reputable and growing organisation.Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end to end leasing process for residential properties
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and developers
  • Oversee and manage a team of leasing consultants, providing guidance and support
  • Ensure all leasing targets and KPIs are met consistently
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of the Dubai property market and rental trends
  • Handle lease renewals, negotiations and contract management
  • Ensure full compliance with RERA regulations and Dubai tenancy laws
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role within a property management company
  • Dubai real estate experience is essential
  • Strong background in residential building management
  • Proven team leadership and management experience
  • Indian Nationality
