Utilities BIM and CAD Modeler - Parsons Corporation - Dubai, UAE

• Collaborate with BIM Lead and Design Leads to ensure compliance with project BIM policies and processes.
• Develop engineering drawings including layouts, arrangements, flow sheets, assemblies, and utility details from design data.
• Manage BIM modeling activities from project initiation through completion.
• Review drawings for quality, clarity, and adherence to established QA QC standards.
• Create parametric and non-parametric BIM families as required for utility projects.
• Ensure compliance with defined Level of Development standards across all model elements.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve clashes and interface issues.
• Perform clash detection using Navisworks and generate coordination reports.
• Extract schedules and quantities directly from the BIM model for project reporting.
• Support additional modeling and drafting responsibilities as required by project needs.

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of CAD drafting and BIM modeling experience on wet and dry utilities projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroStation, Autodesk Civil 3D, and ACC BIM workflows.
• Strong understanding of BIM processes and LOD requirements.
• Experience working within a Common Data Environment such as ProjectWise or BIM360 is preferred.
• Knowledge of Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
