Join us as we set new benchmarks in construction and project delivery.Job DescriptionThe Head of Logistics will lead and optimize all logistics, supply chain, and material management operations across multiple high‑value construction projects. This role is critical to ensuring seamless coordination between procurement, site teams, suppliers, and subcontractors—particularly within complex, fast‑paced environments involving luxury villas, high‑rise towers, and premium residential developments.The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 10 years’ experience in logistics leadership within the construction or real estate contracting sector, with a proven track record supporting large‑scale, high‑specification projectsKey ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership
  • Develop and implement the company’s logistics strategy to support project timelines, cost targets, and quality standards.
  • Lead logistics planning for multiple concurrent projects, ensuring efficient material flow from procurement to site delivery.
  • Establish KPIs and performance dashboards to monitor logistics efficiency, cost control, and supplier performance.
Material & Supply Chain Management
  • Oversee end‑to‑end material management including forecasting, warehousing, inventory control, and distribution.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials for elite villas, high‑rise structures, and signature apartment projects, considering unique technical and architectural requirements.
  • Optimize storage solutions, site logistics layouts, and material handling processes to reduce waste and delays.
Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, transport companies, and logistics service providers to ensure reliability and compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with procurement, engineering, project management, and site teams to align logistics with project schedules.
  • Negotiate logistics contracts and service agreements to secure competitive pricing and high service quality.
Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure all logistics operations comply with local regulations, HSE standards, and company policies.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to transportation, storage, and material availability.
  • Implement robust documentation, tracking, and reporting systems for full supply chain transparency.
Team Leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing logistics team across multiple project sites.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and operational excellence.
QualificationsRequired
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics management within the construction or real estate contracting industry.
  • Proven experience supporting elite villa projects, high‑rise buildings, and premium residential developments.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, site logistics, and supply chain best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large‑scale, multi‑site logistics operations.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Preferred
  • Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CSCP, CIPS).
  • Experience with ERP systems and digital logistics tools.
  • Background working with top‑tier contracting companies in the GCC.
