- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to attract MICE business and achieve revenue targets. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted prospecting and networking efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and industry stakeholders. Understand their needs, preferences, and objectives to tailor offerings and provide personalized solutions that exceed expectations.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and F&B team to ensure seamless coordination and execution of MICE events. Provide support and guidance throughout the planning process to ensure client satisfaction and successful outcomes.
- Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and contracts tailored to the specific requirements of each MICE event. Clearly communicate the value proposition of our offerings and negotiate terms to secure profitable business.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to the MICE segment. Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and adaptation.
- Implement pricing strategies and promotional initiatives to maximize revenue and profitability for MICE events. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services and amenities.
- Work closely with other departments, including sales, marketing, operations, and catering, to ensure alignment and synergy in delivering exceptional MICE experiences. Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in hotel sales, with a focus on the MICE segment.
- Strong network of contacts within the corporate and events industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Opera cloud system.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required.
