- End-to-end recruitment (mid to senior roles)

- Strong organization and communication
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 2+ years at Group/HQ level OR 3-5 years in smaller companies (incl. 1+ year in MNCs)
- Knowledge of global governance frameworks and best practices
Description:In this role, you will be responsible for both executing recruitment activities and developing structured talent acquisition frameworks, supporting the organization in building scalable and efficient hiring practices across the region.Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior level positions
- Assess regional workforce dynamics and hiring landscapes
- Designs and builds recruitment frameworks (module management systems)
- Empower and support business units in adopting structured recruitment practices
- Monitor and ensure proper implementation of recruitment frameworks across teams
- Collaborate with leadership to align hiring strategies with business needs
