Diagnose and manage a broad range of ear, nose, and throat conditions including sinusitis, otitis media, hearing disorders, sleep apnea, and head and neck tumors.
Perform advanced ENT surgical procedures including tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, septoplasty, functional endoscopic sinus surgery, microscopic ear surgery, laryngoscopy, and selected head and neck reconstructive procedures.
Interpret and correlate diagnostic investigations such as CT and MRI imaging, audiograms, endoscopic findings, and sleep studies.
Provide comprehensive outpatient consultations and inpatient care with a strong focus on patient-centered outcomes and safety.
Collaborate closely with audiologists, speech and language therapists, anesthesiologists, radiologists, and other specialists to ensure integrated care pathways.
Participate in clinical audits, departmental meetings, CME activities, and contribute to the development and review of clinical protocols.
Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with DHA regulations and hospital policies.Ideal Profile
Medical degree from a recognized institution.
Board certification in Otolaryngology (American Board, UK CCT, Royal College, or equivalent).
Minimum 5 years post-specialization experience in a tertiary care or academic hospital setting.
Eligibility for Dubai Health Authority Consultant licensure.
Proven experience managing both adult and pediatric ENT cases.
Strong diagnostic acumen, surgical expertise, and communication skills.
