  • Design and evaluate buying and forecasting scenarios to support improved purchasing decisions
  • Collaborate with retail, supply chain, and operations teams to improve category performance and customer satisfaction
  • Act as a strategic partner to vendors, advising on forecasting, inventory planning, and operational processes
  • Monitor inventory trends, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to prevent stock shortages or excess inventory
  • Support large-scale category growth by optimizing supply chain processes and improving vendor performance
  • Contribute to cost reduction initiatives and long-term supply chain optimization across the GCC region
Candidate Requirements
  • Experience in financial analysis, retail buying, planning and allocation, product or project management, supply chain operations, or business consulting
  • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze large data sets and support operational decision making
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on operational efficiency
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple internal teams and external vendors
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners
  • Experience managing operational metrics and implementing scalable process improvements
  • Knowledge of SQL and experience with data querying tools is advantageous
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma is beneficial
