- Manage product availability and inventory health across assigned retail categories to improve in-stock rates
- Develop and maintain accurate inventory forecasts using analytical models and demand planning strategies
- Analyze operational data to identify supply chain gaps and implement scalable improvement initiatives
- Create automated dashboards and reporting tools to improve team visibility and operational efficiency
- Design and evaluate buying and forecasting scenarios to support improved purchasing decisions
- Collaborate with retail, supply chain, and operations teams to improve category performance and customer satisfaction
- Act as a strategic partner to vendors, advising on forecasting, inventory planning, and operational processes
- Monitor inventory trends, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to prevent stock shortages or excess inventory
- Support large-scale category growth by optimizing supply chain processes and improving vendor performance
- Contribute to cost reduction initiatives and long-term supply chain optimization across the GCC region
- Experience in financial analysis, retail buying, planning and allocation, product or project management, supply chain operations, or business consulting
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze large data sets and support operational decision making
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on operational efficiency
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple internal teams and external vendors
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners
- Experience managing operational metrics and implementing scalable process improvements
- Knowledge of SQL and experience with data querying tools is advantageous
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma is beneficial
