This hybrid role combines structured onboarding coordination with active support for the sales process. Over time, this role will evolve into Business Development, providing you with a strong foundation for client acquisition, solution consulting, and cross-border growth.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Support & Coordination1. Identify and target potential clients for EOR services2. Conduct discovery calls and meetings to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.3. Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.4. Coordinate with internal teams to gather pricing, timelines, and deliverables.5. Maintain and update CRM with sales activities, tasks, and client statuses.6. Support the Department HeadClient Onboarding1. Act as the main point of contact for new clients during onboarding.2. Gather and validate required client documentation and data for setup (e.g., contracts, employee info, payroll details).3. Set up clients in internal systems and coordinate with relevant departments (HR, payroll, compliance).4. Provide clear guidance and timelines to clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process.5. Conduct onboarding walkthroughs, training sessions, and check-ins.6. Troubleshoot any onboarding issues and escalate as needed.Internal Process Management1. Work closely with internal departments (HR, payroll, visa, compliance) to ensure a smooth handover post-sale.2. Share process feedback to improve client journey and internal efficiency.3. Monitor onboarding timelines and ensure timely completion of all steps.
