- Sales Strategy & Execution
- Owning the development and execution of regional sales strategies for Well Construction; collaborating with Global Segment HQ and Global OFSE HQ on the annual Commercial Intensity and Sales plans.
- Opportunity Management
- Deploying teams to identify opportunities and owning/maintaining the opportunity pipeline across single‑PL, cross‑PL, and IS opportunities.
- Identifying and tagging Early Engagement (EE) and Must‑Win (MW) opportunities to ensure visibility with global teams.
- Market Intelligence
- Capturing and reporting regional market/competitor intelligence, including Total Available Market (TAM), to guide strategy and targeting.
- Target Setting & Coverage
- Setting regional sales targets and ensuring appropriate distribution across PL teams; overseeing selling of the full portfolio (Direct Sales & Service & Rental Revenue)
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Coordinating with technology, engineering, quality, HSE, commercial, legal, finance, and billing & collections to enable winning proposals and smooth execution.
- Revenue Assurance
- Supporting billing and collection targets by engaging customers to resolve issues promptly; maintaining customer responsiveness throughout the sales‑to‑execution cycle.
- Sales Leadership
- Leading a large, high-performing sales team, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Have a Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree from accredited institutions,
- Have over 20 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, specializing in well construction operations.
- Have built and maintained trusted customer relationships through proactive and solution-driven communication.
- Have managed large-scale business operations and revenue portfolios with strategic oversight and commercial accountability.
- Have exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and build rapport across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Have work experience within Middle East, North Africa, Turkey and India in Well construction sales role.
