
Senior Sales Executive - Construction Equipment

- Proactively source and develop new customer accounts in target sector
- Conduct product presentations, site visits, and technical discussions with clients
- Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals in coordination with sales leadership
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and execution of deals
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and share insights with the team
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting in CRM and sales trackers
- Provide post-sales support and gather customer feedback for continuous improvement
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience
- Minimum 4-6 years in direct sales, preferably in construction or capital equipment
- Solid understanding of CE equipment and applications
- Ability to work independently with a target-driven mindset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- UAE/GCC market awareness
- CRM and MS Office proficiency
- UAE driving license required
