Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets in the forex trading market.
  • Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the forex trading industry.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, campaigns, and events to attract new clients and increase brand awareness.
  • Provide product demonstrations and presentations to clients, explaining the benefits and features of our forex trading platform and services.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring terms and conditions are favorable to the company and aligned with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor client accounts and trading activity, providing support and guidance as needed to ensure a positive trading experience.
  • Stay updated on market developments, regulatory changes, and industry best practices related to forex trading and sales.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline management, and performance metrics for management review.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. Additional certifications in sales or finance are a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in forex trading sales or business development within the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of forex trading products, platforms, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade clients effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze market data and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
