Corporate / M&A Associate

• Advise on public and private M&A transactions across the Middle East and internationally.
• Support joint ventures, strategic alliances and corporate restructurings.
• Draft and negotiate key transaction documentation including share purchase agreements and shareholder agreements.
• Conduct due diligence and assist with transaction structuring.
• Work closely with partners and cross-border teams on complex regional mandates.
• Build relationships with clients across multiple sectors including financial services, infrastructure and technology.

• Qualified lawyer with corporate or M&A experience gained at a leading international law firm.
• Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent).
• Excellent drafting and communication skills.
• Strong technical ability across corporate and transactional work.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of client business drivers.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver work to tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
