Service Fulfilment Developer Last Mile Operations - Al-Futtaim - Dubai UAE

• Oversee centralized routing operations responsible for coordinating last mile delivery services for retail stores and online orders
• Coordinate closely with routing teams, customer service centers, and store customer relations departments to streamline delivery operations
• Monitor operational performance and ensure all internal service processes are followed according to company policies
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures to improve delivery operations and maintain consistent service quality
• Track last mile delivery performance and identify operational gaps requiring improvement actions
• Evaluate and manage service providers to ensure compliance with contract terms and agreed service levels
• Manage service provider contracts, negotiate improvements, and maintain strong operational relationships with logistics partners
• Ensure all delivery contracts and service level agreements remain up to date and aligned with operational requirements
• Deliver training and workshops to improve team capability and service provider performance
• Support team development by coaching colleagues and strengthening understanding of the company's service culture
• Promote effective communication across logistics teams to ensure operational transparency and alignment
• Maintain a customer focused approach ensuring delivery services meet expectations and improve overall satisfaction

• Bachelor's degree in economics, logistics, supply chain management, or related field
• Two to four years of experience in logistics, distribution, retail operations, or last mile delivery management
• Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate operational performance and logistics efficiency
• Experience working with service providers and logistics partners
• Ability to balance operational, financial, and customer service priorities in a fast paced environment
