- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities with UAE-based and international law firms
- Build and manage long-term relationships with partners, associates, and decision-makers within law firms
- Lead client outreach, pitches, proposals, and commercial discussions
- Contribute to market expansion initiatives across new jurisdictions and practice areas
- Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic positioning
- Collaborate closely with internal legal, research, and delivery teams to ensure effective client outcomes
- Represent the business at legal industry events, conferences, and networking forums
- Track opportunities, maintain pipelines, and report on business development performance
- 3–7 years of experience in business development or client-facing roles within legal services, law firms, or professional services
- Demonstrated experience engaging with and selling services to local and/or international law firms
- Strong understanding of law firm structures, decision-making processes, and client expectations
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- High level of ownership, initiative, and commercial awareness
- Comfortable operating in a growing and evolving business environment
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage
