Senior NOC Engineer Infrastructure Utilities Coordination Dubai UAE is responsible for handling NOC processes, coordinating with authorities and stakeholders, resolving utility conflicts, and supporting smooth project delivery through effective approvals management.Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate NOC applications with authorities including RTA, DM, DEWA, Etisalat, DU, and Civil Defense
- Review NOC drawings and documentation to ensure accuracy before submission
- Track application status and maintain detailed records of approvals and comments
- Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve conflicts
- Ensure timely approvals for infrastructure works including utilities and road corridors
- Attend authority meetings and represent project coordination requirements
- Review utility layouts, diversion proposals, and as-built drawings
- Support supervision teams to ensure site works comply with approved NOCs
- Maintain knowledge of authority systems, procedures, and submission platforms
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on NOC progress and delays
- Align project timelines with NOC approval processes
- Ensure compliance with document control and communication procedures
- Assist in resolving technical issues related to utilities and infrastructure coordination
- Maintain strong relationships with authority representatives
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in NOC coordination and utility management
- Strong experience with RTA, DM, DEWA, Etisalat, DU, and related authorities
- Knowledge of utility networks including water, sewerage, stormwater, power, and telecom
- Experience in infrastructure and road projects in Dubai
- Understanding of utility diversion and coordination procedures
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple approvals and deadlines efficiently
- Work on large-scale infrastructure and transportation projects in Dubai
