Job descriptionJob Role: Social Media StrategistJob Location: Dubai, UAEJob DescriptionWe are looking for a Social Media Strategist to develop and execute innovative social media strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and measurable results. As a Social Media Strategist, you will own the planning, development, and execution of social media campaigns across platforms. You will analyze performance metrics, develop insights, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize content and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client objectives and brand positioning.
  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.).
  • Analyze performance metrics, generate insights, and optimize campaigns for engagement, reach, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and account and performance marketing teams to ensure messaging and campaigns align with brand strategy.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to drive innovation.
  • Monitor competitors’ social presence and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage social media calendars, campaigns, and budgets efficiently.
  • Report on performance and provide actionable recommendations to clients and internal teams.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • 2–5 years of experience in social media strategy, content planning, or digital marketing (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative campaigns that drive engagement.
  • Data-driven, with the ability to interpret analytics and make strategic recommendations.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
