- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through a variety of channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Manage the candidate experience, ensuring a positive and professional interaction throughout the recruitment process.
- Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment principles, practices, and trends.
- Excellent sourcing and interviewing skills.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Experience with social media recruiting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in the UAE job market is a plus.
