  • Manage legal cases including traffic violations, disputes, and unpaid rentals
  • Coordinate with legal teams on documentation, claims, and court processes
  • Handle escalated customer complaints related to billing, damages, and insurance
  • Implement process improvements to reduce recurring issues and enhance efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and internal operational standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, and customer service
  • Support system enhancements and transformation initiatives within back office operations
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • 6 to 10 years of experience in operations, billing, or back office management
  • Strong understanding of revenue control, billing systems, and financial reconciliation
  • Experience in automotive, rental, or service-based industries preferred
  • Knowledge of UAE legal and regulatory frameworks related to operations and billing
