• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patient rehabilitation and physical therapy needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on medical history, functional goals, and clinical evaluation
• Apply various rehabilitation techniques including exercise therapy, manual therapy, massage, and electrical stimulation
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes
• Educate patients and families on treatment adherence and self-care practices
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and medical specialists
• Supervise and mentor junior rehabilitation staff and therapists
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental policy development

• Medical degree with specialization in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
• Board certification from a recognized authority
• Minimum 5 years of experience at consultant level
• DHA license or eligibility to practice in Dubai
• Strong clinical expertise in rehabilitation and pain management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
• Arabic language skills are an advantage
