- Draft compelling job descriptions and screening tools
- Conduct interviews and assessments across levels
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring metrics
- Organize and attend career fairs and hiring events
- Build a talent pipeline and ensure a smooth candidate journey
- 2-4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- 1-2 years in real estate hiring (essential)
- BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or relevant field is preferred
- Proven success sourcing via LinkedIn, Bayt, GulfTalent, etc.
- Skilled in interview techniques, ATS systems, and candidate experience
- Bachelor's in HR, Psychology, Business, or similar
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
