- Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts from a recognized institution
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality
- Excellent skills in menu development, food costing, and kitchen coordination
- Strong leadership in a high-paced, multicultural kitchen environment
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and kitchen inventory tools
