  • Welcome guests warmly and assist them in and out of vehicles with courtesy and professionalism
  • Provide special assistance to children, elderly guests, and guests with disabilities
  • Inform guests about vehicle parking and valet procedures
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel facilities, services, promotions, and city attractions
  • Support Valet Parkers by assisting with valet ticket issuance
  • Manage traffic flow at hotel driveways to ensure safety and smooth operations
  • Coordinate with Security to ensure strict adherence to safety procedures
  • Handle guest luggage promptly using safe lifting and handling techniques
  • Support Bellmen duties when required, including loading and unloading luggage from vehicles
  • Transport luggage using bell carts to and from the hotel lobby
  • Verify luggage count with guests before vehicle departure to ensure accuracy
  • Respond to guest inquiries positively and professionally
  • Follow departmental policies, service standards, and all safety guidelines
  • Report and process Lost and Found items in line with hotel procedures
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support hotel operations
