Senior Welder and Fabrication Technician - DP World - Dubai, UAE

• Manufacture spare parts, underground high voltage joint boxes and workshop tools using technical drawings
• Perform structural repairs and modifications on container cranes, mobile cranes and RTGs to support operational needs
• Apply approved welding procedures in line with DP World safety standards and operational guidelines
• Select appropriate welding techniques, consumables and pre-heating processes for each job requirement
• Ensure safe access platforms and working conditions before commencing work on elevated equipment
• Complete assigned fabrication and welding tasks within scheduled timelines to avoid operational delays
• Maintain knowledge of new welding technologies and materials to enhance repair quality and efficiency
• Provide technical guidance and support to associate technicians to maintain consistent workmanship standards
• Adhere strictly to safety procedures to ensure a secure work environment

• Technical certification in Welding, Fabrication or Mechanical Engineering
