  • Ensure prompt, secure, and efficient handling of guest luggage on arrival, during stay, and on departure
  • Confirm all luggage is properly tagged and managed according to hotel security procedures
  • Oversee parking of guest and visitor vehicles in designated hotel areas
  • Resolve guest requests and complaints efficiently, coordinating with relevant departments for immediate follow-up
  • Issue and control guest room key cards to ensure guest security
  • Report unusual incidents, requests, or concerns to the Concierge desk and management
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards of the Concierge and Bell Desk areas
  • Maintain accurate records, logs, and operational documentation
  • Supervise lobby paging services under Concierge guidance
  • Promote hotel facilities and services through suggestive selling
  • Coordinate with Front Office to ensure guest folio protection and compliance with baggage release procedures
  • Escort guests to rooms and explain hotel and in-room facilities clearly
  • Ensure luggage placement supports guest comfort and unpacking needs
  • Greet guests courteously on arrival and departure and direct them appropriately
  • Review daily logbook, follow up on pending tasks, and identify special assignments
  • Monitor hotel occupancy, group movements, functions, and VIP arrivals
  • Prepare and file daily Concierge Desk reports
  • Arrange guest transportation services including limousine, shuttle, and car rental
  • Handle telephone calls at the Concierge desk professionally
  • Ensure effective handover between shifts for smooth operations
  • Maintain continuous guest contact to address issues courteously and efficiently
  • Deliver messages, newspapers, parcels, and packages promptly according to hotel procedures
  • Oversee day-to-day bell desk operations and report regularly to Assistant Front Office Manager or Front Office Manager
  • Ensure compliance with fire safety, accident prevention, and first aid procedures
  • Attend training sessions and maintain proper grooming and professional appearance
  • Cooperate fully with team members and other departments
  • Maintain awareness of daily hotel activities, promotions, and facilities
Ideal Profile
  • University degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role within a four or five star hotel
  • Strong guest service orientation and leadership capability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm, organized, and professional in a busy hospitality environment
  • Preferably Turkish speaking
