- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives, particularly for retail operations.
- Partner with leadership to support business growth, workforce planning, and organizational development.
- Drive HR initiatives that enhance productivity, engagement, and retention across retail teams.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes with a focus on retail hiring across multiple store locations.
- Design and implement onboarding, training, and development programs.
- Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary processes.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal policies.
- Maintain a fair, transparent, and positive work environment.
- Lead performance management processes including goal setting, appraisals, and development plans.
- Oversee compensation and benefits structures aligned with market standards.
- Support reward and recognition initiatives to drive performance.
- Maintain HR systems, records, and reporting metrics.
- Ensure efficient HR operations and continuous process improvement.
- Support retail expansion by developing scalable HR processes and structures.
- Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on retail HR in the UAE.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience supporting multi-store retail operations.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with HR systems and data-driven decision-making.
