- Plan and execute training programs across corporate functions in the GCC region
- Develop annual training calendars aligned with business and operational goals
- Design and implement learning initiatives based on evolving business needs

- Monitor effectiveness of training programs and optimize based on feedback and results
- Ensure cost-effective delivery of training solutions and methodologies
