Working Week: 6 days, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PMJob Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for local dispatch execution.
  • Sending the shipment notification to the customers
  • Responsible for sending the correct COAs to the customers following the SOP.
  • Liaising with statutory bodies viz. Customs, DP World, pertaining to local deliveries.
  • Coordination with third parties for their deliveries.
  • Record delays and NCR at all stages of transportation.
  • Documentation, including Customs BOE process in coordination with Supply Chain and Transworld.
  • Co-ordinate with Supply Chain to execute the sales as per agreed schedule and business requirements.
  • Coordinate with Terminal for loading requirements.
  • Maintains channels of effective communication with Sales Coordinators, Purchase, Transport, Terminal Operations, Finance, etc.
  • Adhere to proper working procedures and ensure proper corrective and preventive actions through the analysis and investigation of problems, feedback and complaints.
  • Follow the standard operations procedure (SOP) and monitor own key performance indicator (KPI)
  • Make sure transportation is planned according to the agreed schedule & time frame.
  • Interpersonal skills: patience, listening, and communicating; able to work well with others in a fast-paced working environment
Functional:
  • Logistics execution
  • Road Logistics - Types of vehicles, restrictions (Packed/Bulk)
  • Logistics documentation including Customs Bills of Entry
  • Packaging and Terminal operations
  • Chemicals product knowledge and transport compatibility
  • Statutory requirements, permits and documentation
Soft skills:
  • Attention to detail: being able to follow procedures in the way the employer wants keeps the Customer experience consistent and in line with the company's image.

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Logistics and related documentation
  • Minimum 2 years of JAFZA experience in Logistics
  • Industry Experience: Chemical
  • Academic qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
  • UG / PG / Certification in Logistics will be an added advantage
  • IT skills: MS-office; Online portals; Records management; ERP systems
  • Team player who has the discipline to work along and meet pre-defined deadlines
  • Ability to achieve results in a demanding and challenging environment
  • Age Limit: Below 35 years
  • Nationality: Indian
  • Candidates who are immediately available would be preferred for the role
