  • Support implementation and governance of ERP systems ensuring quality delivery and risk control
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to enhance processes and system performance
  • Analyze and improve finance and operational workflows to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements
  • Develop dashboards and analytics tools to monitor risks and identify process gaps
  • Support finance teams with system training and adoption initiatives
  • Strengthen process controls across automotive operations including sales, service, and leasing
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to align systems with business objectives
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in finance systems, ERP, or process improvement roles
  • Strong knowledge of SAP or similar ERP platforms
  • Experience in compliance, governance, and financial process control
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
