  • Assist senior site engineers in supervising daily construction activities on site
  • Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and project plans
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, foremen, and labor teams to maintain smooth execution
  • Ensure all work follows safety regulations and company HSE standards
  • Report site progress, issues, and delays to project leadership
  • Maintain site documentation including daily reports and inspection records
  • Support tracking and management of construction materials on site
  • Participate in inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with standards
  • Ensure safe working conditions and report any unsafe practices immediately
  • Support initiatives to improve construction processes and site efficiency
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in civil construction or site engineering roles
  • Basic understanding of construction methods and site supervision
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and construction documentation
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to work on-site and learn in a fast-paced environment
