Civil Engineer - Villa ConstructionJob Location : Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities :
  • Supervise day-to-day civil and finishing works on site.
  • Ensure all works are executed strictly in line with drawings, specifications, and consultant instructions.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain smooth site operations.
  • Prepare site reports, progress updates, and material requisitions.
  • Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with Dubai regulations and company standards.
  • Track work progress against the project schedule and BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
  • Assist in quantity take-offs and site measurements as required.
Requirements :
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 2-5 years of experience in the UAE, preferably on villa construction and renovation projects.
  • Strong understanding of finishes, waterproofing, and basic structural principles.
  • Familiarity with Dubai Municipality regulations and standard site procedures.
  • Good communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
