Travel Coordinator to the CEO (6 Months)

- Travel Management:
- Working closely with the Personal Assistant to ensure all travel requirements are met.
- Manage the CEO's travel calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
- Book flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements, ensuring the best possible deals and itineraries.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel providers to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Logistics and Support:
- Research and prepare briefing materials for the CEO on upcoming destinations and meetings.
- Arrange local transportation, visas, and other necessary documentation.
- Book restaurants, entertainment, and other activities for the CEO during trips.
- Handle expense reports and other administrative tasks.
- Communication and Relationship Building:
- Maintain effective communication with the CEO and other executives.
- Liaise with local contacts and business partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, and other travel providers.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Draft and proofread correspondence.
- Perform other administrative duties as required
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in travel booking tools and software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of international travel protocols and procedures.
- Fluency in English is required, Spanish and additional languages a plus.
