Lead, mentor, and manage the solution architecture team to maintain high performance and continuous professional development
Define, own, and advance SAP enterprise architecture strategy aligned with enterprise architecture frameworks and standards
Deliver end-to-end solution architecture from business requirements gathering through design, implementation, and governance
Optimize and govern enterprise architecture tools, with a primary focus on LeanIX and Signavio, ensuring alignment with SAP methodologies
Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT leaders, and project teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders by clearly communicating architecture concepts and decisions
Develop, enforce, and support architecture governance standards, guidelines, and best practices
Oversee accurate and compliant documentation of solution architectures and ensure governance approvals
Identify architecture-related risks, implement mitigation plans, and minimize customization by leveraging standard SAP features
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption to enhance enterprise architecture maturityIdeal Profile
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Three to six years of experience in enterprise architecture, business process management, or related consulting roles
Hands-on expertise in LeanIX configuration, integration, and enterprise architecture management
Strong experience with Signavio Process Manager including modeling, analysis, and governance
Solid understanding of SAP ecosystem and enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and ArchiMate
Experience with API-based integrations, GraphQL, and workflow automation tools such as Power Automate
Background in IT digital transformation programs and large enterprise environments
