- Liaise with end users to identify service order requirements and suggest modifications to scope of work for clarity.
- Issue contractor pre-qualification documents and prepare proposed tenderer lists in line with ADNOC policies.
- Prepare tender enquiry documents addressing commercial and contractual aspects.
- Issue invitations to tender, organize pre-tender meetings, and clarify contractor requirements.
- Develop and coordinate tender evaluation procedures and criteria.
- Prepare commercial and contractual evaluations, including rate analysis and pricing strategies.
- Arrange pre-award meetings, clarifications, and negotiations with bidders, and prepare award letters.
- Issue service orders in the contracting system, including amendments as required.
- Maintain contract and service order files in compliance with company policy.
- Provide support on contract interpretation, amendments, and dispute resolution.
- Coordinate with Finance and End Users for payments, close-out, and performance bond matters.
- Support annual contractor performance reviews to inform future tender decisions.
- Monitor expiry and renewal of contracts and service orders, especially long-term manpower contracts.
- Diploma in Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in contracts coordination, administration, or service order management in the oil and gas industry.
- Strong knowledge of tendering, evaluation, and award processes.
- Skilled in contract documentation, amendments, and dispute handling.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in contract management systems and reporting tools.
