  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
  • Enforce health and safety regulations across all kitchen areas
  • Assist with menu planning, recipe development, and promotional offerings
  • Manage inventory control, stock levels, and supply coordination
  • Maintain high standards of food presentation, consistency, and portion control
  • Communicate clearly with the kitchen team to ensure timely service delivery
  • Stay updated on new products, menus, and kitchen best practices
Ideal Profile
  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a senior kitchen role within hospitality
  • Strong knowledge of international cuisines and cooking techniques
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills
  • Commitment to food quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction
  • Solid understanding of kitchen hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities
