Architect

• Lead architectural projects from concept design to detailed design, authority approvals, and construction stages.

• Develop architectural concepts, massing studies, layouts, and building design strategies aligned with client briefs and project objectives.

• Ensure architectural designs are functional, buildable, and compliant with applicable regulations and standards.

• Act as the primary architectural point of contact for clients, consultants, and external stakeholders.

• Participate in client meetings and presentations to explain architectural concepts, technical solutions, and design progress.

• Incorporate client feedback into architectural designs while maintaining design integrity and feasibility.

• Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, details, and schedules.

• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and coordination of architectural drawings with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines.

• Manage design development and construction documentation packages in accordance with project requirements.

• Ensure all architectural designs comply with local building codes, authority regulations, and statutory requirements.

• Coordinate submissions and responses for authority approvals as required.

• Maintain strong working knowledge of UAE building regulations and approval processes.

• Coordinate with external consultants, including structural, MEP, façade, and specialist consultants.

• Review consultant drawings and reports to ensure alignment with architectural intent.

• Respond to technical queries, RFIs, and design coordination issues during design and construction phases.

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor architectural works and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

• Identify and resolve site-related architectural issues in coordination with contractors and consultants.

• Support the project team during construction to maintain architectural quality and design intent.

• Assist in developing and managing architectural design schedules and deliverables.

• Monitor progress against agreed timelines and report any risks or delays.

• Maintain organized architectural project records, drawings, approvals, and correspondence.

• Collaborate with internal project teams to ensure smooth architectural project delivery.

• Provide guidance and technical support other staff when required.

• Stay updated on architectural trends, materials, construction methods, and industry best practices.

• Represent the company professionally in meetings, site visits, and industry-related engagements when required.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.

• Experience: Proven experience in architectural design and delivery of residential, commercial, and/or hospitality projects.

• Software Skills: Proficiency in ArchiCAD, AutoCAD and other architectural design and documentation tools. Familiarity with 3D modelling software is an advantage.

• Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of local building codes, authority requirements, and approval processes.

• Communication Skills: Clear written and verbal communication skills for technical coordination and client interaction.

• Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Travel: Willingness to travel for project-related meetings and site visits as required.

• Ability to independently manage architectural responsibilities across multiple project stages.

• Strong problem-solving and technical coordination skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
